I know that is quite the list of services so to make it easier for you; basically, Servpro of Easton, Bethlehem & Whitehall can provide you with 24 hour emergency services for any disaster you may face & we will make it "Like it never even happened."
Often times when disaster strikes, the first phone call that the homeowner/business owner makes is to their insurance provider. We are a nationally preferred vendor for many insurance companies, meaning that they prefer their clients to utilize our services due to our impeccable reputation for cleaning up any disaster, any size!
Once the initial call is placed to their insurance company and the claim is filed, the homeowner or business owner is instructed by their agent to call the appropriate people to begin to fix/clean up the problem. This is when they call us & say, "A pipe broke in my house, and now there is water flooding the basement. I have called a plumber to fix the pipe but there is water everywhere! My agent gave me your number, is this something your company can fix?" The insurance agents don't really explain to their insureds exactly what we do, so when I explain to the customer that we do indeed fix those types of problems & that we will walk them through the entire process and restore their home to the way it was before the disaster occurred, they are always very relieved.
The purpose of this blog is to inform people that we are here and always have crews on stand-by to assist homeowners and business owners alike with any restoration (emergency or not) services they may need post disaster. I also want to educate people on preparedness. A lot of people don't realize that while you cannot foresee a disaster coming, you can certainly prepare for if one does occur.
Please follow us on facebook, share with your friends, become a member of this blog & let me know what you would like to learn about! While a broken refrigerator line and 3" of standing water in your basement is never a relaxing situation, it is much less stressful to know that there is a company out there who will help you restore your home to it's original state. Stay tuned for some emergency preparedness tips in my next post!
